This policy explains when you can get a refund of a CRACAD course fee paid by UPI.
1. Payment not matched or access not granted
If we cannot verify your payment or we are unable to give you access to the course you paid for, we will refund the full amount to the UPI account it came from.
2. Change of mind
You may request a full refund within 7 days of your access being granted, provided you have not completed more than 10% of the course's lessons and have not attempted the final exam.
3. Duplicate or incorrect payments
If you pay twice for the same course or pay an incorrect amount, contact us with the transaction details and we will refund the duplicate or excess amount once verified.
4. When refunds are not available
- After the change-of-mind period has passed, or once the usage limits above are exceeded.
- After a certificate has been issued.
- Where access was withdrawn because of a breach of our terms of use, such as account sharing or assessment misconduct.
5. How to request a refund
Use our contact form, choose the course, and include the email address you enrolled with and your UPI transaction reference. We aim to respond within a few working days. Approved refunds are made to the original UPI account; the time for the money to reach you depends on your bank.
6. Group enrolments
Refunds for institutional or group enrolments follow the terms agreed for that enrolment.
